Vitesco Technologies was established in 2019 as a spin-off of Continental AG’s Powertrain division and is currently a leading supplier of modern drive and electrification technologies, headquartered in Regensburg, Germany.

The company develops and manufactures solutions for electric, hybrid, and conventional powertrains, including electronic controllers, sensors, actuators, and power transmission systems.

It supplies both OEMs and the aftermarket with high-performance products, supporting the transition to cleaner and more efficient mobility.

Since October 1, 2024, it has been part of the Schaeffler Group following a merger.
